We were sad to see Elise and Brady move in July. They are now in Iowa.

Our last stop was Fremont Street.

Las Vegas

We went to Las Vegas in June. We were glad we went before it got hotter.

While waiting for our dinner at the Hard Rock Cafe we all found it necessary to touch our faces. Kind of gross, but I laugh when I see these pictures.

Damon also did T-ball this summer. He really loved it and was sad to see it end.

Damon turned four on June 4. It made me sad. He is growing up too fast. He wanted a fishing pole for his birthday. We took a bunch of kids fishing and I was glad birthday parties only come once a year. We had a lot of fun, even though it was a little crazy.

Backpaking

We decided to take a backpaking trip with Damon. We went to the Palisades Lakes. The hike up was seven miles. After we got going I wondered why I would bring an almost four year old on such a long hike. Damon ended up doing really well and had a lot of fun.

My brother Ryan came with us, too.

Maiden Voyage

I was easily talked into creating a blog. This just means all of my other duties will suffer because I am sure I will spend far too much time on the internet, not on my own page but looking at everyone elses. I guess I will preview our summer. We have had a lot of fun and are sad to see it quickly fade away.
